That picture has been doing the rounds on the cycling board for a couple of months..... I think he was fine.
As for me, well I am doing OK, I got back on my bike again last Sunday and seem to be fine. It aches a bit and hurts like shit if I try and put my arm into a forbidden position, but it's much better than I was expecting.
