wait, i think i missed 2 things here:
 1) are growing no longer opening for hot chip next week?  they're still listed as such on 930.com front page... or maybe you're talking about some other show that was cancelled in b'more?

I love Manchester Orchestra. They stayed with me last year after the Richmond show. I'll be seeing them the next night in RVA.

Sweetcell:
 1) The Rams Head Hot Chip 10/7 show was cancelled.
 2) There's no such after-party. I was just wishing there was one so I wouldn't have to pay $25 to see Growing although I probably will. This tour's Hot Chip shows have gotten good reviews.

 The Growing ATP set was streamed live on WFMU and it was indeed awesome. They were awesome when they opened for Boris in NYC in march as well.

hamptons a great venue .. when i last saw phish there (i want to say 97) the place was a blast.. you could go around on the concourse and it was a trip..good vibe..not sure if its still that way
