Got my tickets for this show in the mail today.  I pre-ordered the 'early' sow tickets.  These are indeed the VIP experience ones.  So if you ordered the 'early' show you got VIP...

I don't THINK so.  I think when I first checked it, it was listed just like two seperate shows with two different start times.  That's when I checked the Philly date and saw the VIP thing for the earlier time.  But you may have checked it earlier than I did.

i kind of figured that the whole deal with billy corgan basically coming out and blaming james iha for the band breaking up in 2000 was a good clue that james probably wouldnt' be involved in a reunion.
