Holy monkeyballs, I have her poster up from the last time she was here. My Peaches shirt is all faded too.

Id imagine so, Its not so bad. But I do drive to work in College Park every weekend so it seems a lot shorter for me. It's incredibly worth it. It's better than driving to NYC to see SMD.
anywhere i go i have to drive from college park now.  what kind of weekend jobs are there in CP?
And thats great news about Lady Sovereign.  I just started listening to her. Her flow is quit infectious.

$29.50 for Beirut? They must be kidding. Didn't he last play at DC9? He's a decent novelty act at best. But I guess in a world in which people can get excited about an acoustic Spinal Tap your, there's room for all kinds of novelties.

Beirut!

That does seem kind of extreme...M Ward was $20 at the same venue. How many people are in the Beirut stage show?

Los Campesinos played the same song 11 times in a row at the Ottobar this past winter.

I called the box office...guy said "you're gonna have to call ticketmaster...we sold out of our allotment..."

I didn't know they have an allotment...interesting. I wonder if ticketmaster/livenation has some control now over how Sixth and I handles their ticketing. Maybe someone here works for livenation, please help me figure it out...

Ticketmaster will cost close to $40.
