John Legend
FSS
$69.50 (Whoa)
9/17/2011

Bush w/ Filter is $41.50

Joe Jonas and Jay Sean
FSS
10/5/2011

Rather than adding some competition to the market and driving inflated ticket prices down, they're just as ridiculous in their ticket pricing. I'm over it.  You can find me at the Black Cat or Red Palace.

In other words...

You're a 20something girl with choppy hair who hasn't landed the big promotion at work.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

you're always first to point out how expensive shows are and how you'd rather see 10 bands at $10 each instead of one show @ $100... but apparently your need to mock others is stronger than your desire to be consistent ;)

Did you read the "not that there's anything wrong with it" line?

I'm a 40something guy with choppy hair who hasn't landed the big promotion at work. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

And it seems like I wasn't the first to point out how expensive these shows are.

- Chuck Brown with the National Symphony Orchestra? Sounds good to us. The Godfather of Go-Go will be part of the NSO?s free annual Labor Day concert on
the National Mall, which this year celebrates the music of Brown, John Philip Sousa and Duke Ellington. Chaka Khan will also be part of the tribute to
Brown. The concert is at 8 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 4.

DelMarVa is like half his tour itinerary, either he's adding more legs or most Matthew Sweet fans live here.

Matthew Sweet with the Bottle Rockets was the first show I ever saw at the old 9:30 Club.

My other three there were Wilco, Jeff Buckley, and Grant Lee Buffalo.
