I had given my three tickets to a friend and instead bought a single for myself for Gary Louris at Jammin Java.

Figured it was too much of a hassle...the parking, having to take a shuttle back to lot at night, up past daughter's bedtime, the crowds, wife has already seen B52's, etc.

Now I have no reason to regret ditching the show...

A friend of mine once called up my work and said he was my father and my grandmother died and he had to pick me up.  When I got outside he said we were going to philly to see B-52's.  We got to the Spectrum and they had cancelled.  I guess when you make up big lies bad things happen.  Maybe your lies about beer has led to this?
