That venue name always makes me laugh.

For anyone who wasn't around then, there used to be a house venue at 611 Florida AVE booked by former boardie Snailhook. He booked a lot of stuff similar to what Cafe 611 is bringing in now but there is no connection.

Whoa, what are you talking about. I don't see things in terms of race. I'm appalled by how disproportionately male the lineup is. Women were emancipated too.

So this is to emancipate the country from the control those in DC have over us and return their powers to only what was granted in the constitution right?  I see no other emancipation issue involving DC what-so-ever.
