not sure why Jaded has such a bone to pick with the new guy, but the CITIMGT list of mine would be long and make me sad that I have neither time, money or energy to do them all

Trust me ...as a big proponent of gay rights since the early 90s...I've always wrestled with my tendency to use homophoic slurs as the butt of my jokes (pun intended)

Growing up on Long Island (probably pretty much anywhere really) it was just part of the vernacular to comically degrade others with these type of slurs

I think society has come really far really fast with gay acceptance
but ultimately comedy is far better than lynching
