If this were playing the arena, where it was scheduled to play, the first 5000 seats or so would have have cost at least that

So we go to them and say hey how about we lop off the rest of the building and give you all that money to play here

So where would you rather rather pay $125...at the arena or The Anthem

I wouldn't rather pay $125 anywhere. I would pay $50 for a moderately decent seat.  I can't afford the premium concert experience every time.

Exactly -- false choices/equivalencies are the fool's fig leaf. I wouldn't pay $125 to see Black Keys play at the Velvet Lounge no matter how intimate it might be.

I have, on occasion paid more than $125 (inflation adjusted) for a ticket. But that's a rare occasion, not a rule.


FWIW, I would also go to the Black Keys if I were comped in
