I would never accuse IMP of such trickery,  but it's been noted that the vip seats don't always come onsale RIGHT when GA starts.... they'd prefer to get rid of those GA seats when they know VIP is a given sell out.

This show is an underplay (right?!?) so I doubt anyone cares which tickets sell first….since they will all sell

It may just have to do with the TM build happening quickly given it was announced less than an hour before going on sale.

Imagine living in DC without a car but shelling out cash to see the show at MPP, only to have shows at the Anthem announced later. Whoops! That would suck.
