Sounds like they expect demand to be high for Mitski. From tonight's IMP email:
"In an effort to deter scalping and get tickets directly into the hands of fans, lottery-style ticketing for this show is being utilized via Ticketmaster Request. Submitting a ticket request allows fans the opportunity to purchase tickets without competing in a first-come, first-served ticket on-sale. The request window is now open, and closes on Monday, January 22 at 10am."
