Yes - you'd be quite intolerable with a good Lions team + Pistons & Wings.
 
 I'm finding it hard to dislike the Wings still (except when you make probably drunken celebratory posts like the one way above    )
 
 Zetterberg exemplified the team best with his immediate post-game comments after Sid was yelling his way.
 
 I can handle the Pens losing to this team. Tho I'm hoping for some drama tonight.

not playing the wings very often certainly does not generate much heat going into the series, but at the end of the day the wings play good hockey. they dont over rely on a killer defense or offense, they always play the same plan and they skate their asses off. kudos to them, the wings are good for the nhl

i realize the wings are good, great even, but I have had just about enough of non wing fans praising them, we are supposed to hate the wings, get on board

If its of any consolation, the Blues made great strides this year and are alot better then their record indicated. They'd have made the playoffs in the East.

I just hope they continue it next year, I think the entire central if not the entire Western conference would have made the playoffs in the east

sure, i'll acknowledge a "maybe" - easy to do for something that we'll never know.  but if you think LA could place in the east, you need a rethink.  blues were improved, but i don't see them making the cut.  the east isn't as strong, true, but it's not a farm league.

I don't think there's any debate that all 8 western playoff teams would make the playoffs in the East. Next tier: Edmonton, Chicago, Vancouver -- I'm hard-pressed to see any of those missing in the East. Next tier after that: Pheonix, Columbus, St. Louis -- Pheonix and St. Louis would definitely be serious playoff contenders, Columbus not so much. And of course, this leaves the LA Kings who are terrible wherever they play.
