Too bad it probably won't feature Antony. I won't have high expectations for this show...

huh?  what makes you say that?  how can it not feature anthony?  it's his project!  that would be like a NIN show without trent...

my bad, i was confusing anthony with andy    :)

still don't see where they mention that anthony doesn't tour with them, but even if he doesn't i suspect that every out of work soul vocalist would kill for the opportunity to tour with H&LA, so i have no doubt that should anthony not be there, some other very competent vocalist will fill his spot.  anthony does a great job on his 5 tracks on the album, but my personal appreciation of of H&LA isn't limited to his performances.  still looking forward to this show like few others  :)

Hey Seth, about 5 or so years ago when I requested that you put hooks on the ladies room stahl doors you followed up and did so. You got lots of loving from all the females for a couple years after that one. Well, since then, one by one, all the hooks have disappeared. Believe me, you just can't imagine how helpful and appreciated they are by us. Please, please, PLEASE replace those hooks.

While you are at it, I'd suggest you put them on the doors at Merriweather also. They are so inexpensive and you can even write them off your taxes.

If you want to be the real ladies' man again, please give us back our hooks.   ;)

speaking of Bonnaroo.

   hey seth....

Is Kanye planning on doing the same stage setup at Virgin Fest that he had at Bonnaroo?  I know it seemed like a hassle but once he finally went on stage it was really incredible.

I'd say put the hooks on the stall walls instead of the doors - it's too easy for someone to swipe your stuff from outside the stall if the hook is on the door.

Some props going out to Merriweather.  I went to both the Duran Duran show and R.E.M., and both were great.  I had really really awesome seats for DD (which I would have rather had for REM, but that wasn't the hand I was dealt this time).  Also had VIP passes for DD, and that was a cool little perk to have your own bar and bathrooms.

All worked well, getting in and out SO simple, staff was helpful, Club 932 is a GREAT addition.

Yes, Wolftrap is great as well.  Different vibe (I don't find it pretentious, but what do I know).  Nissan is the place to AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE (even though some swell folks work out there).

Oh yes, the hooks are SO helpful!  And necessary -- the last place you want to put a purse or sweater/jacket is on that dirty floor...  I'd noticed they were going missing over time, but didn't want to sound like a nag.  Thanks, Jag!    ;)
