Hey Seth - There's some sort of fundraiser for That Guy's sister Kara to go to the Stanley Cup finals and wear his That Guy jersey.  Something with which you could help out? I don't know how to share the facebook post on this.

Go to the event page,  ctrl + c in url address,  ctrl + v, in this here thread.

kara's last name is the same as ThatGuy's, so using the search bar in FB to look for "kara ThatGuyLastName" = boom.

however, i suspect that seth knows kara.

I wonder if it would be possible to schedule a Snow Patrol show at the Lincoln or the Anthem during their supporting tour of Ed Sheeran (which includes no D.C. or Baltimore stops).  There is a few days between Pittsburgh on 9/29 and Chicago on 10/4.

Both Manic Street Preachers and The Chemical Brothers booked for a festival in Mexico in November...any chance of either or both of them playing here in November as well?

Hey Seth!

Spiritualized have announced a pair of US shows in October. They always put on such incredible shows at the club. Any chance we could a DC date? Thanks!

PS - And please not on the nights of the NIN shows at The Anthem!

Thank you so much for the Feelies...all shows The Feelies do are special because you just never know at what point they'll be done. They don't strike me as the type of band who'd do a farewell tour or even necessarily an announced final gig. They play for themselves (though they did play my request for "For Awhile" and it was fantastic). Anyway, it sounded great and the band kept commenting what a welcoming audience it was. Afterwards they said that on stage it sounded fantastic. Another terrific show and evening. Thanks.

Hey Seth,

Reviews of the Sweetheart of the Rodeo tour (with The Byrds' Roger McGuinn and Chris Hillman) sound amazing. I can't do Richmond on a weeknight, please book them somewhere around here.
