Johnny Rotten doesn't even want the Pistols in the HoF because of all these insane personal politics. And I agree with him.  After all, what the hell does it mean, except you get to reunite for the big show.

Oy.  The RnR HoF is to awards as Rolling Stone is to music magazines!

How many are chosen each year?I got to see the BJM at the hall of fame.If you ever decide to go check it out,see when there are bands playing.Tix for those shows are usually under 10 bucks and it gives you entrance to the museum, which makes it even cheaper than just paying to see the hall by itself.Go figure!

 Harrison is a gimme.
Black Sabbath or Sex Pistols would get in just for the publicity it would generate.

Now would be a great time to induct the Stooges. Not only are they worthy, but recently reformed.Boy,that would blow the roof off that place!!

Good bet, although I would delete ZZ top and add Bob Seger, because there's always one that makes you go, "huh!"

Thank you for finding this thread. I was JUST thinking about it this morning and wondering what the results were. Has it happened yet and if so, who got inducted?

Certainly not names that belong in my hall of fame, except for George Harrison and Prince maybe.

The band that opened for Bad Brains last night did a cover of "Tush" by ZZ Top.  It was one of my all-time concert going low points.  Just try to imagine it your head....yes it was that bad.
