Not working here either.  Do we need to just add 1 ticket to the cart?  Or 2 tickets?

I'm assuming that if you want two tix, you just buy one and the second ticket will magically appear in the mail or at will call.

I just called tickets.com, and they said buy 1 ticket and then pick "will call" for pick-up.  At will-call you'll have your purchased ticket, plus a free ticket waiting for you.  
 
 They should have been more clear about this, but essentially, buy what you want, then the free tickets will supposedly be there at the box office.

i called tickets.com and they said buy the tickets you want, then the free one will be with your tickets at will call.  but, you have to choose will call as the option.
 
 they should have been more clear with this 2 for 1 offer...

Called Tickets.com...just order 1 or 2 tickets max and they automatically add the second or free ticket...after 11am.  
 
 Where's the Soulive show on the 28th?  Am I missing something?

I just bought the two (needed two or four depending on schedules) figuring that they will either mail me two extra or I'll argue for a refund with my printed/timed receipt.

Cool. Got it worked out. But really .. could have been more clear on this issue there Seth  ;)
 
 Regardless, thank you for the opp. I sure hope my second ticket is at will call though.
