yup, that's the one - jonny and thom on acoustic guitars.  thom couldn't pull it off at first because he appeared to be cracking up over something or other - anyone know what it was?

wakey wakey, rise and shine it's on again, off again, on again...

yeah, i knew he was out of breath... i wath wondering if there was a sthpecific reathon he wath laughing (maybe someone thaid something funny up front, or jonny made a sthtrange face, etc), or if thom was generally goofing off/making up for histh lack of breath.  soundths like it's the latter.

i've said the same thing about myspace and facebook for a long time. [/b]
well i've never had accounts on either of those so i can't speak from personal experience about the usefulness of those.

As of Tuesday, I've been promised a refund by the people at Nissan. They said that I can expect a check within 6-8 weeks.  However, it was only after 4 unsuccesful calls that all ended with a promise of an email explaining my options which never came.  I was one of the people prevented from ever entering the parking lot, so I don't know if that made a difference.  During the last phone call, they asked questions about that. I'm glad they're (finally) doing the right thing.

they're under no obligation to give refunds.  there is no "right things" that they should be doing.  the fact that they are offering refunds is pretty magnanimous of them.

I disagree.  According to the ticketmaster website, parking for Nissan is free and included in the ticket price and they claim "plenty of parking is available."  By purchasing a ticket he had a right to enter both the Pavilion and the parking lot and he was denied those rights by Nissan staff.
