Well i'd have to say the best Zombie film of the year was "the Nature of Nicholas", but thats out on DVD now, and not in the theatre.

I Am Legend is terrible.  It's barely a shadow of the book.  
 
 Why is it that Hollywood decides to (re)make a movie version of a sci-fi/horror classic, and then removes pretty much every basic principle set forth in the original story?
 
 Also, (and I know this is insane coming from a Star Wars fan, but) LESS UNNECESSARY GGI, PLEASE.

I'm going to see "Walk Hard" Thursday night.  My expectations are really low.  I've seen the Beatles clip and (naturally) didn't think it was funny but I did enjoy Dewey Cox's "protest Dylan" song, "Dear Mr. President":
 
  "I stand for the midget..."
 
 I also loved the "plugged in" Dylan parody, "Royal Jelly":
 
  "Mailboxs drip like lamp posts...."
 
 The Jack White/Elvis bit was pretty good, too.

edward scissorhands was a classic masterpiece, yet rogert ebert gave it a huge thumbs down and called it shite when it came out.  go see films, read books, and judge for yourself.  quit listening to others who need something to talk about.

Ha yeah...the wife and I never go to the movies anymore.  But now the kids are bigger we take them.  I see all the great flix now.  In the past month or so I've seen Enchanted, Underdog, Alvin and the Chipmunks.  Going to see Waterhorse or whatever it's called over x-mas.

Me too....although, if they make one more movie with penguins I swear I'll go and turn all Sid Vicious on the audience.. (My Way video reference) And I love penguins, they're one of my favourite animals.
 
 As for Sweeny Todd - It's Johnny Depp singing, what were you expecting? The only thing worse than his singing is his attempt at an English accent....and I think Johnny Depp is one of Hollywoods more talented actors so not slagging him off.
