Once again, amazing show by Broken Social Scene (not as good as last October's show), but still very good nonetheless.

Lover's Spit was the opener to who ever asked about that, the Dino Jr. cover was pretty sick (amazing how much he sounded like Mascis), and to whoever was complainging about the new chica singer Lisa, I thought she was great.

All Feist did last year was run around the stage, play some air guitar, and pump her fist.

Also, the polka dot dress was HOT!

Now I love BSS, but that show was a let down because of the sound quality and female singer. DO MAKE SAY THINK were MAD sloppy, I actually left and went to the lounge for a bit, It sounded like they were all chasing to keep up with each other. hmmm...

You all do realize BSS teamed up with J. Mascis to do a charity concert called Broken Mascis Scene which was all J. Mascis/Dino Jr. covers right? That's why they know The Wagon. Amazing bootle, btw.

Yeah. I downloaded the entire show a while back, but haven't gotten around to listening to it yet. Great setlist.

And BSS were great last night. 2.5 hours again. I feel sorry for anyone that took the metro and had to leave early. Lisa was not as bad as I had expected. The only song I thought she was terrible on was "Almost Crimes." Their Lolla performance this year was still the best I've ever seen em.

I thought they did a great job last night. What time did it finally end though? I left around 12:30 so I don't think I missed too much.

You must have missed, like, three seconds.  I think my watch was at exactly 12:30 when they finished.  "KC Accidental" was the closer, so if you heard any of that, you basically heard it all.

I thought it was a great show, definitely MILES better than Merriweather. Lisa wasn't as bad as I expected her to be, although it was difficult to hear her at times. She let me sing into the mic a bit for Almost Crimes, so of course I liked her even more after that. Nice long set, although I think it was closer to 2 hours than 2.5, as they went on late (around 10:20).
