if i don't like hfs i'm a total loser?  are you kidding me?!  if you base your existence on what radio station you like, you my friend are the loser.  just exactly when does hfs play eminem?  how does he fit the musical line-up of that radio station?  your headliner shouldn't be somebody you don't play - do you get that?  (oh and for the record, i never said i didn't like hfs - i said THEY ARE SLIPPING).

bosox71,<P>Ignore Rhett. He's the Forum's resident adolescent.  He's just another attention starved 12 year-old who will say anything (racial epithets, highlights of his imaginary sex life and such) to try to get people to notice him.

Someone is obviously overreacting... Phantom Planet. That could be interesting -but better on the street stage.

The Strokes are in Europe both days of the HFSTIVAL.  I think you're "friend" lied.

False information leaks.  Wonderful.  I'm skipping the festival this year and will be lounging at the beach   for the weekend.  (if anyone cares).

Not to take sides here, but The Strokes just spent the last two months in Europe.  It would seem funny for them to go back so soon.

I just try to sometimes spice up an often boring board. I'm glad you notice GGW!

The Strokes just completed their European tour and were supposed to be taking some time off. I kind of suspected that they might be tapped for the HFStival but hoped they would record their new tunes instead. Good to see one decent band on there though (like BRMC) -in addition to the Strokes.
