So Virgin Mobile Fest is happening, but it will be a scaled back event. I'll admit I'm surprised. I do recall when the 1st Virgin Mobile Fest announced their line-up in July 2006. I'm wondering what bands will they get to convince concert goers this is worth attending. We'll find out Wednesday.

I wonder how many tickets will be up for grabs per customer. I just want to make sure that I could get 4 tickets for my family. I'm really thinking about doing the option where a donation is made, you get tickets and tshirts.

To whoever put Franz on the bill, thank you. I'll be coming with an entourage of fellow fans, depending on who can make travel arrangements and nab the free tickets Saturday. I'm also glad to see JET on there. Been a few years since I saw them, they're excellent too.

To the media that keep leaving Franz off... stop doing that. They're successful enough. Right now they're 3rd on the bill, so my guess is, headlining the 2nd stage. When you all see what a good live show they are, you'll be singing a different tune.
