i had kbs at rustico-ballston last year. guess i was lucky? it was one of the best beers i've had, but didn't realize it was one of the rare, ridiculous demand beers. do they bottle it?
Was able to find a sixer of Hopslam last week. Bottled 2/9/12, too (second batch as James mentioned earlier). I'll take it!
I've had my fill of hopslam so not looking for more...but just out of curiosity...where?Quote from: BrettnotBritt on March 12, 2012, 11:52:31 amWas able to find a sixer of Hopslam last week. Bottled 2/9/12, too (second batch as James mentioned earlier). I'll take it!
Smoke and Barrel in Adams Morgan had Heady Topper on draft this weekend...

I may have to retract my Bells statement from last week. Dug into some Bells Amber Ales over the wekend and it's a pretty tasty/drinkable session brew.
But why waste time on drinking session brews when there's so many good high abv beers to sample? Quote from: Yada on March 12, 2012, 03:54:58 pmI may have to retract my Bells statement from last week. Dug into some Bells Amber Ales over the wekend and it's a pretty tasty/drinkable session brew.
