giving nattie boh an honarable mention was stupid. Not only does it not taste very good but it gives me the runs everytime I drink it and it isn't made in Maryland. If they want to give honarable mentions they should have given it to dogfish head which is close enought to maryland and makes fine beer.

Ressurection and Ozzy are good beers. If you like your beer strong.

Resurrection is 7% abv and Ozzy is 7.25% abv. i'd hardly call that strong.

I read that Goose Island Bourbon County Stout has dropped in DC and MD.

Debating whether to give $25 for a four pack to InBev, or to save my money knowing I have KBS in my cellar, and access to all of the delicious Founders Breakfast Stout at $10/four pack that I want.

I wouldn't say I continually drink it.  was at baseball game and someone bought on for me.  was at pickles outside baseball game opening day it was so crowded it was the only beer i could get to. 
Also I think the brewers art beers are stronger than labled.  even at 7.5 perecent they are stronger than most beers.

Nah, 7.5% is pretty average these days.

Resurrection is good, don't think I've had Ozzy. Though his autobiography was fun to read, but that's another story.

it is a lot higher than non us beers and I would bet it is a lot higher than most us beers that people actually drink.  I would bet 99 percent of beer consumed would be in the 4% to 6% range.  Just because brands like dogfish head produce 25 different beers most over 7 percent I would assume the beer they sell the most of by far is 60 minute IPA which is 6 percent.

ON a unrelated note when I was recently in Iceland I noticed most places only had one beer on draft.  It was kind of nice just to ask for a beer instead of having 100 different choices.  And the beer the different places had all tasted pretty similar.  A viking, gull or tuborg were all pretty much the same in taste.

Not  higher than most Belgian beers, who Brewer's Art is imitating. 

I guess it's a matter of semantics. Yes, most of the beer consumed is between 4-6%. That's because 90+% of the US beer market is still Bud/Miller/Coors swill.

I was comparing it to actual different beers. There are many, many different beers that are above 7.5%. Doesn't mean that's what most people drink though.

hve u evr tried online beer sales companies, james.  r there any worth it able to get hard to find beers?  i'm tired of livin n the sticks and want a better selection of beers without going into the city where i will get shot and stabbed.
