Nice list, but the bottle share will probably have a bigger and better list.

for those not attending tomorrow's bottle share party, here's a very respectable alternative.

Novemberfest at Rustico: You Won't Believe the Beer Selection
Outdoor festival will run from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2.
http://delray.patch.com/groups/weekend-planner/p/novemberfest-at-rustico-you-wont-believe-the-beer-selection

The Neighborhood Restaurant Group is hosting a smaller version of its Snallygaster beer festival Saturday, Nov. 2 outside Rustico on Slaters Lane in Alexandria.

Novemberfest, which will run from noon to 5 p.m., will feature more than 50 stouts, porters, hopped IPAs, pumpkin ales and much more selected by NRG beer maestro Greg Engert.

Admission is $5 at the door and it includes a Novemberfest can koozie while supplies last.

Like all NRG festivals, tickets will be needed to purchase beer and food. Tickets will be available for $1 apiece. Beers will range from six to eight tickets for full 14-oz. pours and three to four tickets for most 6-oz. tasters.

Food will range from three to eight tickets.

in case you are seriously considering investing on them, don't.  their market share is shrinking domestically and their international expansion plans aren't meeting expectations.  their stock price is dependent on growth and they ain't got none.

and, nobody gives a shit about revenue growth, profit gains, or the stock price for inbev.  i thought you were talking again about your modest stock increase.  you bought a stable stock. updating us on anything related to it is pointless. it's the equivalent of keeping us up-to-date on the status of paint drying.

I was just responding to someone who told me not to invest.  Just replying to them.  If you aren't  interested do not reply.

interesting...Boulevard Bourbon Barrel Quad is $8.99 at Total Wine in MD and $12.99 at Total Wine in VA. (I got one for $9.99 at Whole Foods in DC).

in case you're still looking for some: i picked up three bottles yesterday at foggy bottom WF, $9.99.  they just got a shipment in.

There are ABC stores selling liqour in practically every stripmall.

I bet my wife's Whole Foods stock is a better bet than InBev. Please buy your InBev beer at Whole Foods.

Oh wait, the nanny state of Maryland doesn't allow beer sales in supermarkets. Stupid Maryland.

Yeah and finding liquor anywhere in Virginia is next to impossible.

Best beer purchase of the weekend: a 12 oz bottle of Troegs Hopback Amber mispriced with a sticker on it for 10 cents. They gave it to me for that price.

Second best beer purchase of the weekend: 32 oz growler of Alpha Domina Mellis for $7. (Fairfax WHole Foods).

Sour ale night at Church Key last night.  Sampled a few then was bowled over by DC Brau's  Alpha Domina Mellis DIPA.  Wow!!!  I've always been a big proponent of Bell's Hopslam.  However, it has met its match with this honey-fermented brew.  Anyone know any place else that taps it around dc?

Surprised they still have it at Churchkey, maybe they got multiple kegs.
hope there is some left as I was going to swing by tonight to sample
Well the Alpha Domina Mellis was very good and still on tap Friday night.  although at $9 for what didn't even look like 12oz.  I think the Wholefoods growler is the way to go.
Also got a bomber of Suede this weekend....very tasty

went back to WF over lunch to grab another pair of Quads, last two they had on the shelf (might be more in the back, didn't ask).  got to the register and was informed they were $13.99.  i told the cashier that i paid $9.99 just 3 days ago and she shrugged "must have been on sale."

just saw that on DCHB's FB page... dammit.  i might be going to VT for thanksgiving.  i was hoping to drop by.  guess i'll have to get some from a retail location and hope that they don't charge too much.  and that they have a whole case (or two) to sell.  dammit.

Unfortunately, my guess is you'll never be able to get more than a few four packs unless you have some sort of connection. Sucks.

I had two cases lined up for Xmas. blah.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Suede I had.  It's kinda like the other bluejacket beers in that it isn't overpowering at all but very enjoyable.

Doesn't at all taste like a high octane beer.

I take back my criticism of The Truth... was drinking it out of a bottle most of the weekend and it was delicious. Way better than the couple of times I had it on draft.
