Don't forget that thursday is #ipaday
on deck for me tonight: having a first taste og an IPA i bottled last friday. might not be 100% carb'ed by the day demands it. hops: el dorado, pekko, mosaic and equinox. specialty malt: caramel rye. all these ingredients obtained at the national homebrewers conference in baltimore and were free/comp'ed/samples, save for the el dorado (which were 40% less than typical retail).
will also have my first taste of the other half of the batch, a dry-hopped belgian (rye) pale ale bottle conditioned with some weird
very raw sugars from mexico. the sugars created a lot of sediment in the bottle. could be great, could be just weird. TBD.
