was an odd product placement in 3 billboards

as I don't really believe that...
the misfit cop who lives with his mother in a beat up old house in ebbing Missouri...
both be drinking Napoleon Complex by Wicked Weed?

did Budweiser pay for that?

funny because it would make a lot more sense if they were drinking bud

Interesting. Watched the movie last night and totally missed that. Does Wicked Weed even distribute to rural Missouri? Or was Dixon a beer trader?

Thanks. Wow, I've never been to Missouri and I wondered where in Missouri they have mountains like that. Googling, I guess they do, but the mountains somehow looked familiar to me and now I know why.

The main place, or the good place?

Whichever one of those is next to the Orange Peel in Asheville.

I had to google map that...it's the main one. The basement is the place to go at that location. More interesting beer selection. The upper level is for tourists only, and from what I could tell didn't offer the same drafts as they have in the basement. The other (better, imo) place 0.4 miles way is the Funkatorium, which focuses on sour beers and is much more chill.

onsale for savor (june 1 & 2) tickets is march 21.

presale = march 20, i've got a code thanks to my AHA membership.  PM me if you want it.

new this year: no salons. "Based on attendee feedback and in an effort to provide more time for attendees to enjoy the numerous pairings offered, SAVOR salons will no longer be offered. Instead the rooms formerly used for salon presentations will offer a loungey vibe with additional (& much needed) seating, live music and areas for media interviews. And possibly other offerings. Stay tuned!"

Aslin announced this morning (semi-privately in a beer trader forum) that Herndon has decided to not permit further expansion for the brewery beyond its current production space and taproom.  The brewers indicated they would be opening a new production space outside of Herndon.  While no new location was announced, rumors are swirling that it will be in Alexandria.  I believe the taproom will still open as planned.  No word on if the Herndon production space will remain.

I hope the new production facility in Alexandria will fill growlers and possibly have a bar

last I heard they were still hoping to open the tap room Q2 2018...which is only a few weeks away

What is the appeal of growler fills if cans are available?
