176 beers released, and only 6 with a 4.0 or better on Untappd. That would be the first strike. Second strike would be I don't like marshmallows, and if I did I'd want to see it associated with a stout, not an IPA.

in case anyone is looking for a beer-related activity on saturday: the DC Homebrewers are doing a brewery tour.  $99 gets you transpo, beer, a meal, and 4 stops/destinations including a personal tour of Sapwood Cellar from the two owners Mike and Scott (they're former DCHB'ers, so i'd expect them to pull out something special for the club).  the price is discounted, from the operator's usual prices.

So am I missing something or are people paying a hundred clams to ride around in a bus, visit a few breweries and get one juice glass of "sampler" beer at each, and then a cheese sandwich for lunch? Sign me up!

I think at this point the play is we should throw a JulianFest and make other people come to it.

Only way to guarantee attendance is if guests can take turns beating the shit out of you
