There are a few of us who never gave a rat's ass about the show since its beginning.
That's exactly how I feel about the 30th anniversary show.Quote from: azaghal1981 on May 24, 2010, 10:29:56 amThere are a few of us who never gave a rat's ass about the show since its beginning.

Can you tell us about the chick with the green hair who gave you a Pixies ticket in London in '87?
I enjoy reading the musings of overweight 40something dufuses whose greatest accomplishments in life are having attended shows at a rat infested hole in the wall in the early 80's.Quote from: atomicfront on May 24, 2010, 01:22:57 pmQuote from: James Ford on May 24, 2010, 01:11:31 pmThat's exactly how I feel about the 30th anniversary show.Quote from: azaghal1981 on May 24, 2010, 10:29:56 amThere are a few of us who never gave a rat's ass about the show since its beginning. Then why are you in the 30th anniversary thread?
perhaps seth wanted to see how lost ended before making the announcement. he knew that nobody would care about anything until that show was over. now he's going to have to wait til wed atleast until most people shut up about it. so expect an announcement on wednesday.

And I never saw any rats at the old 930 club. I liked the old club a lot better than the new one. Friendlier people too. Nicer neighborhood. Closer to the stage. Don't worry in 30 years you can brag about seeing Coheed and Cambria at the club.
Man. I feel so un-cool reading this thread. I moved to the D.C. area (College Park) in 2004 for grad school, and my first show there was a reunited and downtuned Helmet.
