No cheerleaders, missing seats, a botched national anthem, a flyover with a closed roof, and the Black Eyes Peas. Nice.

I guess other channels don't do short shows anymore competing against the halftime show.  Where is that puppy bowl?  ;D

I don't want to say it was a good day for Pittsburgh-fan haters yesterday, but...

To God's Shoeshine:

The sad part is, despite all of their turnovers, the Steelers could have easily won that game.  The Packers NEVER finish out opponents.  Roethisberger idolized Elway.  Maybe he's going to have Elway's Super Bowl career in reverse.

As for the commercials, once again Telaflora made my favorite with the Faith Hill one.  I've tried that in real life however and it doesn't work.  9 out 10, slap you, punch you, knee you in the groin...but the 10th one?    Magic.

Also, I liked the Pepsi Max "Thoughts on a first date" one, the Kardashian one and the GoDaddy.com one with Jillian Michaels and Danica Patrick (It's a TEASE.  It's like Burlesque.  It's what they DON'T SHOW.)

The Half-time show?  GaGa?  The ball is in your court next year.

And as for Ms. Dirrrrrrty.  Jeez.  It wasn't a good day for people from Pittsburgh fumbling things was it?

I predict charles woodson will narrowly edge out lamarr woodley for mvp of my heart.

I despise anyone and anything to do with the University of Michigan, but even I will admit, Charles Woodson is a bad motherfucker. Too bad he got hurt last night. At least my boy Greg Jennings (BA Western Michigan University 2006) made up for it.

I believe the world would be a better place if the Black Eyed Peas were subjected to enhanced interrogation and extraordinary rendition before being indefinitely incarcerated at Guantanamo for crimes against humanity. They are a commercial vehicle with no artistic value, period. They can't sing, they're fucking auto-tuned, they don't play instruments, they write songs specifically for marketers and the lowest common denominator of society and their songs are fucking awful.

I don't specifically despise Pittsburgh natives like I do Philly fans, but I'm glad they lost because they've been irritating the shit out of. Consistent winning will do that. Now when the Caps finish the job and cunt punt the Pens out of the playoffs, I'll feel a lot better.

I liked the Bud Light remodeling one, simple concept. Beer makes everything better. The kid as Darth Vader, the Faith Hill one. None too hilarious. Way more excited about seeing that Super 8 commercial!!
