Where to eat beforehand?  Typically a long line at Totto Ramen?

dont know about there, aside from the last time I walked by there was a line - but a lot of us used to stop by luckys burgers after shows. on 52nd b/w 8th & 9th. Good food and reasonable.

this just popped up on atease:

Quote
Doors 6:30
DJs will be performing until 9:00 (perhaps the ones mentioned in Four Tet's tweet)
Four Tet + rocketnumbernine are on (together) from 9:00 - 9:40
Radiohead 10:00 - 12:00

The box office also said that usually set times aren't usually released until the day of the show, so these are subject to change. But I doubt it will.

Can someone tell me if there is a balcony at Roseland where you could get a good spot on the railing like at the 9:30?  I've tried to research it online, but haven't found anything definite on that.

Thanks.

AFAIK, at least part, if not all, of the balcony is reserved for VIP - it depends on the show.  for 2 of the 3 roseland shows i've been to, i wasn't allowed up there but i didn't try all that hard either (maybe i asked at the wrong stairway?).  if they do allow balcony access, it will be the back half of the balcony since the front part will be VIP.  you'll be far from the stage.

Ive never seen balcony access open to the public. Most shows its VIP and sometimes it seems its not even in use. I would definitely not rely on that - youd prob be in the far back of the balcony.

I hope everyone that needed tickets for the shows were able to get them, without giving up the booty or paying a thousand dollars.  See ya in NY  ;D

If craigslist is an indication, it looks like there are going to be a lot of douche on douche 'blind dates' at these shows . . .but then again I'm just upset I don't have tickets.

Speaking of douche-on-douche: heard of a girl who went on a one-hour date for the privilege of paying $250 for the dude's +1. Does the dude actually think she'll ever talk to him again?!?
