Anyone have experience buying tickets for high demand shows at the Merriweather box office? I'm debating going for Phish. Still no presale and got shafted in the lottery.

You'll have no problem getting lawn tickets.

Lawn is unacceptable. I can get lawn now if I want. Is there a better box office? Will both be open?

I thought at a hippie show lawn would be prefered.

people, it's phish.  there isn't that much going on on stage.  they don't have that much stage presence, they don't have an amazing light show, they don't really have props, etc.  you're not missing any important visuals from the lawn.

I can't say westword or whoever that is holds much credibility, but yeah... if you're comparing light shows, they're one of the best.

The article said their lighting guy also was hired to do lights for Bieber. If that's not proof positive, I'm not sure what is.
