I remember catching them in like 87 at Madison Square Garden
5 years later they were playing this lame bar in my college town called the Stone Balloon (but it was a fun show)


--found a funny comment about the stone ballon and 9:30 club
George Clinton and his P-Funk band were notorious for stealing. Prior to a performance a few years ago, current owner Jim Baeurle was warned by D.C.?s 9:30 Club to lock up any valuables. ?We secured everything,? says Baeurle. P-Funk still managed to break into the Balloon?s phone line and run up nearly $400 in long-distance calls.

I definitely saw Squeeze at MSG and at Nassau Coliseum back in the day.

But is this a Show Conflict with Adele?

It was billed as squeeze...and they played the hits
but couldn't be sure...having a hard time finding anything about it on the internet


I read it had something to do with them opening in Philly for Fleetwood Mac and they fit it in as it wasn't in the same market

Someone posted that it didn't happen, but I went (at least in my mind I went)

that is all you need... there are a few other great songs not on Singles.. but not enough to make listening to their albums worthwhile...YMMV

also I wouldn't even call them a band....they kept switching bassists... paul carrack came in... its really more of the difford/tilbrook show...YMMV

Wow there are a lot of really good seats for that fake Yes band still available.  I wonder if they're gonna drop the price...
