this woman hated the Smashing Pumpkins...

I could've written that review without even attending.

I saw hutch. He saw me.
It was raining.
Somebody passed out.
I got caught in the swell.
Retreated to the balcony.
It is still happening.

Waited in line for a Sapphire and tonic. Got called to the VIP line because I was wearing a 930 shirt. He thought I might be staph. I told him no, but I'm all in - a forum poster. He laughed, said he's surprised it's still going. Said he checked it maybe 15 years ago. Asked if we all just pretty much commented on one post. I said yes, just to keep the dream alive.

He didn't ask for my name, I didn't get his.

I forgot to eat dinner. The kitchen is closed. Declined the free popcorn.

Hot take: I hate popcorn

I don't know any songs by this band. I think they played something called "sour cream" earlier. Could be wrong. Right now they're playing "No Stink", which might be subtle advice for their fans.

Watching PS lose is reasonably satisfying.

Went to Brighton pre show,  they were out of wings... how does a bar run out of wings?

Anthem was packed butts to nuttz, but after three long years, king Gizzard absolutely delivered.  Wow... one of the most intense shows I've seen in a long time. Luckily had those Row A, Box 2 seats so didn't have to deal with the floor or the line to get in.

Didn't see hutch.

The faucets are still absolutely terrible at the Anthem.

Skipped buying a $50 poster but kind of wish I hadn't.

Said he checked it maybe 15 years ago.
Did he ask about me specifically or was I merely alluded to?

The faucets are still absolutely terrible at the Anthem.

I thought the gripe was the soap dispensers
slack

Caught the Reverend Horton Heat
Great show and he's such a pro
Pretty much the same schtick from 30 years ago, but still delivers
Didn't even know this was an 'album' show, but I always loved Liquor in the front and forgot that Al Jorgenson produced that one
(side note, the new Jello pod cast is great, first episode is with Al and is almost 2 hours)

Closed the set with a smokin' ace of spades

Bummed I missed Nashville pussy
Stayed for about 40 mins of the Toadies, got to hear the big hit early on,
the crowd was into everything
Show should have been at the club as the Fill was probably 60% full

No drinks procured, but did get a rev patch at the merch table
slack

I have it on good authority that it's actually both.

I enjoyed seeing the last two Yankees outs at the Brighton…

I haven’t ever seen so many LPs sell at a show as did last night at King Gizzard
