The High Zero fundraiser show was a lot of fun.  Matmos played some "experiments" they are getting ready for playing in Europe this summer.  The songs sounded great, the videos were entertaining, and the guys were really nice (took time to talk to us about random stuff while getting ready to play, and let me and Azag sit on the stage while they performed (most of the crowd sat on the ground for their set, per the band's request)).

Dan Deacon did a cool quadraphonic sounds set.  No songs, just bleeps and bloops soaring overhead.

Horse Lords rocked as always.

No, that is Martin from Matmos.  I was taking the pictures, from the front of the stage.

It was a special Dan Deacon set. Normally he plays actual songs.

dan deacon is reading this, and he just,  spit out his evian, hearing that you called his normal music,  normal.

Dan Deacons reading comprehension, must be, poor, because that's not, what престижний, Мисливець на відьом, said at all.

Yep.  I didn't call his songs normal; I said normally (usually) he performs actual songs (written songs from his albums) instead of this set which was an improvised experimental one that was focusing on sounds moving around the room.

No, I used actual to infer "real." Real doesn't have to equal normal.

Plenty of real people aren't normal.

I would like to set up speakers with random bleeps and bloops and have people pay money to come listen to them.  In my life, it's called a hearing test. (which I always fail since I can't hear out of one ear!)
