I find it funny that you are even in this thread going back and forth.

well I got dinner in the oven you know?

Listen.. if you don't want people to comment about your "fiancee" (chuckle chuckle) just don't bring her up you know.. in like a public forum? I thought it was an important factor in clearing up your show conflict which you raised yourself?

Ted Leo in a landslide.  Jesus and Mary Chain are fine but live, nothing to rave about.  Leo, on the other hand is fantastic live.

For the first time in my life, I had a show conflict. Wolf Parade and the Black Kids were playing at the same time. I love the Black Kids and would have totally seen them for the third time at DC9, but Wolf Parade is my #1.

The Bloomberg rally is at 9am, the Bernie rally is at 4pm. I don't see the conflict.

IMO, depends on how big of a radiohead/TY fan you are.  for the casual fan or non-fan, i'm not sure how mind-blowing the show will be.  The music is good, the live computer-generated projections are way cool, but i could see someone unfamiliar with his work leaving the show happy but that's about it.  yours truly, being a RH/TY geek, thought it was amazing.  it's not a dancing, jump-up kinda show, much more "cerebral."

i don't really "get" thundercat, so i won't offer an opinion there.
