In the case of Walkie, who I have not met, I actually am happy for him.. seeing the Pet Shop Boys from the 12th row center at the Warner is going to be pretty special...

another reason why this thread is useful is that it reminds me to buy tickets to a show, lets me know they're on sale, how tough it was to get a ticket, etc.  consider it a "Just Went On Sale" thread.

Isn't that what the 545 page "This week rollcall" page is for? I'm not going to remember somebody bought tickets to a show that's happening five months from now. I'm just not.

show could be sold out by then.  works sorta like this: "killsaly just bought a ticket to show X.  i've been meaning to check out that band.  now i have a second reason to buy a ticket, before it sells out."
