Beth orton, Millenial stage. Hopefully I can get off work early enough. Has anyone actually gotten tickets for a millenial stage gig? What actually happens, how does it help you? When do you need to arrive by?
It's a hard 1 hour that's also simulcast. Starts nearly right at 6, maybe 6.02 and will run to 6.55-7pm.
I go pretty often and try to reserve a ticket prior. If it says sold out, it's not truly sold out, but you may end up standing way in the back if the box office has no tickets to hand out.
They open seating at 5.30pm and will scan your ticket. If it's high profile there'll be a line forming well before 5pm.
Seating is regular row chair and then you can sit on the steps of the theatre. Some performances are jam packed and some just moderate. There are reserved seats for the disabled that they will open up to the non disabled about 15-20 min into the performance.
There's a big space in front of the first row of chairs for dancing so your view may be blocked/interrupted by toddlers or adults getting their wiggle on. Only twice in over 20 years of attending shows there did they remove the seats and make it standing only due crowd size.
