update1: 10 minutes in, and i'm now #15,826.  at this pace i should get to the front of the line in about an hour and a half.  awesome.

update2: 32 minutes after the onsale started, i'm under 10,000!  forward, onward!  i think i can i know i can... stay tuned for additional high-quality content...

i didn't get any tickets.  after 45 minutes i was finally let in, and the show was 99.9% sold out - every now and then a single or a crappy side-view pair would pop in and out of existence.  ultimately it was the price that kept me ticketless: lowers were all over $300, most expensive seat was over $450 (before fees), with a few obstructed views for $150.  i can't justify that right now, what with the price of eggs... will look into getting tix closer to showtime.
