I was going to post that the purchase of and then turning into a AirBnB of Taylor Swift's childhood home would be a solid JA move.  But then I saw it was located in Reading, PA... so not exactly a JA hot spot destination...

It's technically in Wyomissing, but I have, incidentally, spent the night in Reading, PA in the last 12 months. I opined on FB that is was a literally crime against tourism that there was no public sculptature of Taylor for the Swifties to flock to. No sight-seeing buses showing us the where she went to middle school or what dead-end street the car was parked on the first time she got fingerblasted in the back seat or anything like that. They've done literally nothing to monetize their native daughter's fame.

Something being expensive doesn't just automatically make it "Julian's America." No one in Julian's America wants this. This is "Hutch-But-He's-Won-The-Lottery's Argentina".

it is my understanding that Julian Americans are, generally speaking, patrons of the arts.  thus the following is likely to be of interest:

this piece of investigative reporting has given me new insight into jules' psyche:

‘I am never coming back to Olive Garden again’: Man who doesn’t drink says Olive Garden server tried to push alcohol on him, sparking debate
I’m confused what element of this you think is Julian-esque?

I think you're confused about what constitutes a question versus a declarative statement.
