The world thanks the O's for letting him work with a proper pitching coach.

MLB is chock full of guys who have moved on to another team and become successful.  It's easy to place the blame on the team who 'gave up' on them.

and we got the usual bullshit from Colabello where he claims to have NO idea about how the steroids got into his system..... maybe this was also Miguel Tejada's fault..... ::)

I didn't write that article, but I don't disagree with it either.

Has a chance for a top 10 "worst trades of all time" title.

There are a ton of suspensions on the way.  I would suspect that everyone is collectively holding their breath....

Garrett Richards to undergo Tommy John.  Andrew  Heaney is right behind him.

Ladies and gentlemen, your 2016 Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

50 games for Mondesi

Per Deadspin:

Correction: This post originally stated that Raúl Mondesí Jr. tested positive for PEDs. It was actual Raúl A. Mondesí that tested positive; Raúl Mondesí Jr. is his brother, who was formerly in the Milwaukee Brewers system. Both are sons of former major leaguer Raúl Mondesí.
