I'd be shocked if he lasts the entire year as both a starting pitcher and hitter..... my prediction is that they eventually choose one or the other depending on how he's doing..... I could easily be wrong, but in any case, it's gonna be pretty interesting to watch.....

You're more optimistic then I am. He blows his elbow out by Aug 1.  Doesn't pitch or bat after that until the 2020 season, and they make the ALCS, maybe even the World Series and lose the series and Trout in free agency to Yankees or Phillies instead of trading him after this season, costing  the team 3-4 prospects.

But I'm a lifelong Halo's fan and have seen it all, so know what to expect.
