Oh, I see it when I walk around! I'm not saying it's not still around, because it is, in heaps. It's just frustrating seeing this kind of stuff going up and who it attracts, but money is money and this is looking to bring in a ton.

Mabye a group of young dudes doing crack in a circle.  A bunch of abandoned buildings and maybe a check cashing place and perhaps a liquor store behind bullet proof plastic.  Add in a few bums laying on the sidewalk soaked in their ow urine.

I'd say there's a happy place somewhere between crackheads pissing themselves and chads dining on small plates in every store front. That happy medium doesn't exist in DC.
