1994 the year in music nostalgia official thread

so much great music came out....

this one came out January 24, 1994 in the UK..probably took a bit longer to make it out in the US...ended up on waxtrax of all labels....

I always wish they'd included Rez on this.... the dirty epic/cowgirl CD single which does include it is fantastic... i still think the best introduction to underworld.

I guess if you want to draw an analogy to America, 1991 in America (Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Soundgardren breakthrough and the alternative explosion, Metallica release the Black Album,  Guns N Roses return) is equal to 1994 in Britain.  It's tough to beat these four:

Yes it was. And despite being a big music fan in 1994, I only ever owned one of those albums and none of Brian's.

I guess I was Azaghal while Azaghal was still in diapers.
