Try 30, not 3. Wrestlemania 3 was in the 80s.

Also Game of Thrones is amazing.

Also, baseball is the most boring shit in the world. You are probably extremely boring in person. Why don't you stick to threads you can contribute something to and not troll?  You don't see me going into the baseball thread and talking about how big of losers you all are for arguing about players salaries and playing fantasy GM.

Should be Wrestlemania be listed in this category?  I didn't think it was a geek thing.. I thought it was a boy under 13 thing.  Do adults watch professional wrestling?   Oh did you hear about that woman in PA.  She was watching Wrestlemania at a bar with friends.  Went into the bathroom delivered her baby, strangled it, threw it in the toilet and then went back to watching wrestlemania.  Why didn't she just leave the baby in the bathroom?  Why did she have to kill the baby?

shit, give a brother a warning before a story like this.  i came here for the nerdy topics, not the horror stories.

but to answer your question: yeah, adults watch it.  it's kind of seeing a resurgence in the older market.  i've got a bunch of successful friends (lawyers, engineers, etc) who recently got back into it.

Oh I thought it had died down since UFC became popular.  I didn't realize it had gotten popular again.

When did I say I dressed up as anything?

You saidyou did live action role playing.  Which I thought sounded cool like you play the UPS man and your female plays the  lonely house wife but it turns out it is where you dress up in costumes and do mock battles like the movie Role Models.

I didn't say I did it. You can't read. I asked how nerdy of a chick. Learn to read.

I feel like we have a Killsally intervention.  Ever since you changed your name to Hexenjagd you have become angry.  I can only assume that Hexenjagd is some sort of satanic name or has something to do with Scientology but lets change this.  I want you to listen to some ABBA right now and turn that frown upside down.

I'm not frowning. I am on a road trip back from New Orleans with some of my friends. It was an amazing time.

When I read this I thought Killsally isn't as immature as I thought he was.  He was in Orleans at a bachelor party setting the town on fire. I was actually envious.   Then I found out he was at Wrestlemania.

Yep.  We hung out in NOLA Thursday after four of us drove from here.  Friday was more New Orleans sights/food and ended with us going to indie wrestling promotion Ring of Honor's Supercard of Honor Pay Per View.  Saturday we went to Wrestlecon all day and then went to Bourbon Street and got drunk.  Sunday we went to Wrestlemania, and say what you want, it was quite the spectacle.  Being in the company of 76000 passionate people was quite the experience.  Especially after Undertakers Wrestlemania winning streak of 21 matches came to an end.  Being around that many people who instantly go silent was something I will never forget.  We then had some drinks back at the hotel.  Monday we explored the French Quarter, attended a Monday Night Raw, which in my opinion is the best Raw they have produced since I started watching their programming again back in 2011, and drove back to Maryland.  I was up for 33 hours before I crashed last night.  It was a fun time, and  I really don't care if you want to be a hater or not.  I don't see why any of you would care about what I enjoy doing with some of my free time.  I am also passionate about horror movies, science fiction, comic books, manga, anime, cartoons in general, and really don't give a fuck what you think of any of those things.  I don't get why some of you (joking or not) think that anyone else interests deserve mocking. Were you all bullies in high school?  I really don't care what bs you want to spew.

I hope you at least root for the bad guys.

It depends on the wrestler.  In general I cheer for the heels (bad guys). I do like some of the faces though (the fan favorites), it just depends on their skill and charisma.

Wasn't your posting of "Ween" in all my threads a bullying tactic.  Weren't you doing because I didn't like the exact same things as you? A bunch of you and your misfit friends ganging up on me? How much more of a bullying attempt can you make?

But back on topic:  We are different ages.  If I were 12 I probably would be all into that Wrestlemania stuff.  Probably not comics as I outgrew them by 12.

im only a casual wwe fan anymore (i mostly just skim through raw results and catch a full match here and there) but the atmosphere of wrestlemania seems like itd be a hell of a good time, especially on a night where the streak ends and bryan finally won

I was imagining more along the lines of the cast of Superbad mixed with a young Evlis Costello type, but Peter Pan and Tinkerbell works if that is where you want to go.

is this the thread we discuss the ultimate warrior, or is it dropping like flies?

either way, sad to hear him go. 56 years young, and as deadspin wrote, basically gave his own eology on monday night.
