That story has gotten plenty of attention from the liberal media outlets I pay attention to, as it should.

I thought this thread was going to be about the news coming out of Nigeria. That is, that Muslim fundamentalists do some fucked up shit (the old news), but many people for some reason are willing to give them a pass in the spirit of being liberal.

what has the american protestant church said about this?  the catholic church?  jewish council (or whatever it's called)?  plenty of organizations have said nothing... does that make every one of them worse that CAIR?

and when CAIR actually does say something, the best you can come up with is that it "took them long enough"?  how childish.

Though I will say they won't stone you for adultery or homosexuality in any Christian country.


And yes, CAIR has more of a responsibility to say something than some Protestant or Jewish organization.

They are really postponning a Lady Gaga concert for an NBA game? That is ridiculous and just shows you how people overvalue sports.  Especially a sport I have no desire to watch.  Playing is fun (which I did yesterday).  Watching boring as sin. 

I think a class action lawsuit should be started.
