I don't think I have received one. Will I? I traded  my Wed hard ticket with someone who transferred his electronic Friday ticket to my Ticketmaster account. Will I be refunded, or will the original purchaser? I guess the same question goes for the people who all bought  $6 scalped tickets. Will they get the full refund (and make money!!!) or will the scalper who originally bought it receive the refund?   

And do we know for sure it's cancelled and no makeup date?

I think you are wrong.

Got an email saying they are trying to reschedule. And if the ticket was transferred to you and you can't go and request a refund, the original purchaser of the ticket gets the refund.
