He's gained 14 pounds in 3 months, primarily by stopping his vegetarian diet and switching to a daily lunch that is grotesque in total calories, calories from fat, and sodium. The fact that he wanted to this indicates he's an idiot. These are the actions of an idiot. I put no stock in how an idiot "feels" about something.

Braden Holtby is asking for 8 million a year!? I know arbitration usually high/low ball game. But wow. Only Lunqvist is going to be making more than that next year and as much as I hate him, he's fucking earned that. Long term contracts for goalies are almost always terrible ideas, especially at 6+ million.

Hmm... considering for a person on a 2,000 calorie diet that's close to 70% of their daily calories, 1.5 times the amount of recommended saturated fat, and 125% of their recommended sodium intake, I'll go with "foe," actually.
