We got a shot of punk legends, The Circle Jerks --original members Keith Morris, Zander Schloss and Greg Hetson-- in front of the "Bernie Slamders" mural by Richmond artist Mickael Broth at 3300 W. Broad  St. 
The band told Style they own the copyright for the iconic logo image, and although the artist didn't seek permission back in 2016 when it went up, vocalist Morris says they're cool with it

Strides in Psychedelic Science
We are proud to announce a new clinical trial at the CPCR for individuals with Post-Treatment Lyme Disease (PTLD). PTLD is a condition in which the symptoms of Lyme Disease remain for more than 6 months after treatment, and our study will test whether psilocybin is safe and helpful for improving fatigue, pain, mood, and quality of life in people with PTLD. This study is led by Dr. Albert Garcia-Romeu of the CPCR, in collaboration with Drs. John Aucott and Mark Soloski at the Johns Hopkins Lyme Disease Research Center. Stay tuned for more on this.

Salmon Rushdie just got stabbed onstage during an event at Chautauqua

"Rita Landman, an endocrinologist who was in the audience, walked on stage to offer assistance after the talk. She said that Mr. Rushdie had multiple stab wounds, including one to the right side of his neck, and that there was a pool of blood under his body. But she said he appeared to be alive and was not receiving CPR.

“People were saying, ‘He has a pulse, he has a pulse he has a pulse,’” Ms. Landman said." (live updates)

he was airlifted to a hospital.  current condition unknown, as of 1:00 pm EDT.

This is just horrible and something I feared since the day he came out of hiding. Horrible.
