Loved the Madison Square Garden show. The Patriot Center show from like 7 or 8 years ago was a better setlist...but I had a great seat and the band were having a fun time. 2 hours and 45 minutes. Seeing "Pornography" live was amazing. "Prayers for Rain" is always one of my favorites live, and "Close to Me" was so damn fun. They have one hell of a rhythm section, and Robert Smith's voice still sounds pristine. I will just say this: I implore all of you to get there in time to see the Twilight Sad. What a phenomenal band. They were one of the better opening bands I've ever seen, and their performance was nothing short of completely totally brilliant.

Seconded on Twilight Sad. I've seen them twice and I'm so happy they are opening. Such a good match for The Cure. Check out "Sick" or "That Summer, at Home I Had Become The Invisible Boy"

Reduced?

Most boardies that I have hung out with have seemed to have enjoyed my company.

Are you going to pay him the $150 he had to fork over for his ticket? Hence, reduced.

Also, I'm assuming you're not giving him road head on the way home?

I did not know how much he paid.  I have not been following this thread that closely.  I am reading the last few days worth of posts now... Yeah, that is too much per ticket.  I am hoping to score one for face value or less off of Stubhub on Wednesday, or I will not be seeing the Cure this go around.

I paid $120/ticket. You'll probably be able to get a better deal on Wednesday when people start dumping them. The nice thing about my tix are they're aisle seats (well, mine is) and you've got a great view of the stage. Plus, I'll be smoking a mountain before the show, of course.
