I saw your post and decided to guess who you were referring to before going back a page.

So many to choose from. Guy from the Mountain Goats? Guy from Built to Spill? Guns N Roses? Rush?

All good guesses, I must admit. Then I scrolled back. And indeed, I do agree. He does have a repulsive voice.

Switching gears to something other than all day SOTT, I'm checking out Bette Smith - The Good, The Bad and The Bette which based on the cover art said hey this might something you'd be interested in... and yup some raucous soulful blues that's sounding pretty good... did a quick google and found it's produced by DBT Mike Patton and has appearance by Patterson Hood

AC/DC is my favorite band but am skeptical they can deliver something that holds up to my many favorite songs from them... but it’s always nice to hear their sound

The new AC/DC song is out... I hate to say it but everything sounds great yet it doesn’t do much for me...it just doesn’t have a strong hook..

Predictable

I need to hear more about the extra tracks.  I have enough records coming in this month that I held off on this.

the second disc is a collection of demos for the album they did while  Bob Stinson was still in the band and have the "classic" sound

third disc has what they call rough mixes done  at Ardent Studios after Bob had left the band
